Homegrown...

We built some raised garden beds this year, and I'm not much of a green thumb.  But I spent time with it and have been taking care of it and it is doing wonderfully!  So when I saw the Echo Park Homegrown collection, I knew it would be perfect to scrap a photo of my garden with!  

For inspiration, I lifted board member Shawn and her gorgeous page in our Flickr gallery.

Here is my page:

I used purples and oranges to contrast the green of the garden.  I used some burlap pieces from Simple Stories that blended in beautifully with the background paper.

And I used three different digital cuts from the Silhouette store.
