Happy Saturday, My Scraps fans! Missy here. Today I'm sharing a layout based on this week's sketch on our sketch blog. I have such a huge stash of papers....it's really out of control. I hadn't used up all of my Jillibean Soup collections, so I pulled them out and went to work. I love this Chilled Cucucmber Soup line...the yellows, blues, greens and greys are just so pretty together.
I really wanted to use these adorable little 3x4 cards with quotes and sayings on them, but I couldn't decide which one. Well, I used both :) I added in lots of the little coordinating stickers, banners, and butterflies as well.
These numbers made up another 3x4 card, but I cut them to make number border underneath my photos. I popped up the 2 since she's two and added some cord around it to make it stand out a little more.
I cut my title on my Cameo (something I do a lot these days) and outlined with with a black pen. I like it to look a little messy and not so perfect. I outlined the butterflies, too.
More pop dots and stickers! And I added some matching floss/thread here. That's one of my new favorite things these days. Fun and easy way to add a little pop of color here and there.
I hope you'll join us in this week's sketch. Of course, there's a prize up for grabs :) And did you know we're having a Design Team Call for the Sketch Blog? Yep...you can check it out HERE.
Thanks for stopping by, and have a GREAT weekend!
Missy :)
