Whoop! It's Wednesday!

Hello!
We are half way through the week, WHOOP!

It's my day to post the Friday Free For All challenge over at MS&M.
This summery daughter and husband took a trip out to Philedelphia for a family wedding. They stopped at the Liberty Bell and Greg took this picture of Sierra.
I used Pink Paislee Atlas for this page:

I used Gesso on my background and added some watercolor and mist to the top to make my photo mat "Pop":

I love the soft colors in this collection.
I added some thread under the wood veneer typewriter along with some of the enamel shapes from the collection:

I added a scalloped circled colored with paint along with some mini alphas and Thickers:

I love the "pop" those yellow doilies make and check out the wood veneer "happy" pennant, too cute!

I added just a few paint drips:

Enjoy your day!

Word Up Wednesday!

Hello!
Lisa here with you today.
It's my day to post the Word Up Wednesday challenge today at the My Scraps & More forum.
The word I choose for today's challenge is "Adventure".
I used the Pink Paislee Atlas line for this layout of my daughter and hubby at the airport:

I love the map background paper! I added just a bit of watercolor to it to make it "pop"
Some close ups:

I fussy cut the "Let's Go Places" tag, "Adventure this way" tag  and the globes:

I love that "Travel" sticker!

Hope you have a wonderful day!

Run Paris

Hello! I'm continuing our week of the design team showcasing 6x6 paper pads!  As a traditional 12x12 paper gal, it's fun to mix it up with the smaller prints!  For my layout, I used Pink Paislee's Atlas collection.

I used a few different sizes of my circle punches  and adhered patterns into the center of my background cut file!

I had some of the ephemera pieces from Atlas left over so I incorporated a few into my page such as this tag!  I also love the acetate stars!

At the top and bottom of my layout, I adhered and stitched strips of different patterns from the 6x6 pad to create a border.

Hope this inspires you to use up some of your paper pads!  It's easy to create a background using a common shape throughout your page!  Have a great day!

Hello friends! It's Jennifer with my layout using one of the awesome Just Nick Cut Files! It's been so fun to see all of the great creations from our design team this week! Thank you so much to Nicole for allowing us to work with her designs!  For my page, I used the new Pink Paislee Atlas from the
My Scraps and More Shop!  I love the fun colors and silver accents on the embellishments!

I used the Swiss Cheese Cut File for my background. I added hand punched circles from different patterned papers to random circles.  I left some of the circles "blank"; I love the white on white effect!

For my title, I used the American Crafts Gilded Silver Thickers from the shop!  They go nicely with the silver foil accents in the Ephemera Pack!

I love layering little pieces of ephemera!  Included in the pack are also acetate pieces, as well!

I just love this photo of my daughter from our recent trip to Haiti this spring!  I thought it went perfect with this great line from Pink Paislee!

Thanks for stopping by!  Be sure to stop by the blog tomorrow for more inspiration from My Scraps and More and Just Nick!  Also, don't forget to check out the shop for the newest collections!
Have a great day!
