Adding a little something...Giveaway Monday 11.25.13

Good Morning! I recently created a page for a Throwback Thursday challenge on our message boards. The whole concept of "Throwback Thursday" is to use some of your older stash on a layout. I was in the middle of a page for my cousins calendar, and really wanted it to work for the challenge, but the product I was using definitely did not qualify as "old" , since the paper was from a new Christmas line. After looking at it for a bit,  adding in a little bling, there was my Throwback page!


Our giveaway today is "some bling" to add that little something to your pages and the papers from Lily Bee Designs "Pinwheel" collection! For your chance at this prize, leave a comment on this post (and daily for those extra draws) by the end of the day December 1st, letting me know what little something you always add to your pages. I will announce the winner next week just like this lucky lady drawn from all of last week's comments...

    Very cute page, love the stitching and how everything pops off the black. I recently find I am using a lot of badges/flair on my pages. I also use Thickers on almost all of my pages.

    Oh and I almost always add chipboard and ribbon/fibers to my pages. And maybe a few sequins. LOL I love to embellish.

    So cute, love it! I really don't have a specific thing I add to every page...I go through spurts at one point I use to ink all the edges but right now I really don't have anything specific!

    Great page - when I need to add al ittle something, I go for paper scraps, wood veneer, enamel dots and/or sequins.

    Lately, I've been adding a lot of enamel dots to my pages - just the perfect splash of color to accent a page!
