I'm Tough

I'm still learning. Don't you love how you can scrap one way for years and then try something new and love the results.  I'm horrible about mixing collections.  It takes so much effort when most collections come with everything I need :)  Well the problem is then I never touch my older stash again because I've used most of my favorite pieces already.  Mixing things up can solve that problem.  I pulled out some old Echo Park All About a Boy but it didn't have enough of the pieces of what I wanted.  I then pulled out Carta Bella's Rough and Tumble and added that in.  It gave me the perfect combination to complete my page.

All of the wild patterns show the flow of the fun of the pictures.

  1. Mixing old papers with new is a great way to use your stash and also have fun with a new Collection.

  5. I love how you layered all of the patterned papers. It adds great color without overwhelming the layout. It makes me want to go jump in a lake!

  7. Fantastic page! I have to admit for me it is more about colour than collection. I rarely use collections together.
