Is it bad for me to already be wishing for spring when winter hasn't even arrived yet?? I am NOT a cold weather girl. I really should be living in Arizona this time of year. Maybe when I win this week's lottery...Ha Ha!!
To win simply leave me a comment letting me know if you braved the Black Friday crowds by midnight on December 2nd. I will draw for a random winner next week! Our lucky winner from last week is...

Have a great week and thanks for stopping by My Scraps & More!!
I'm not a cold weather girl either!! But I live in the south so super cold temps are really a rarity. Don't get me wrong....it does get cold but nothing like the folks up north have to deal with!!!
ReplyDeleteI celebrated black friday by sitting at home in my jammies and did my shopping on Amazon.......however my 17 yr old and his g/f thought going to the mall would be "fun" HA!! I doubt you will ever get him in a store again on a black friday!!!!
I did brave the crowds, but only for a short time! What a bunch a serious shoppers!
ReplyDeleteMy mom, sister and I made our annual trip to the black friday saless at the outlet mall in Jeffersonville, OH
ReplyDeleteI don't do the BF craziness either. I would much rather spend the time at home scrapping, baking or playing games with the family. I must be getting old (or less patient)....ha!
ReplyDeleteGREAT layouts..and THANKS for a great sale on BF here!
I went out, but it was a very targeted surgical strike to Michael's....had a gift card + a 30% off coupon = big score! Really wasn't busy which was nice.
ReplyDeleteLove the black cardstock for the background and the clouds on the Halloween layout. Thanks for another chance to win.
ReplyDeleteCanadian retailers had awesome sales, too, but I braved the internet crowds and traffic and found some great deals online instead!!
ReplyDeleteI am wishing for spring with you! I'm not a cold weather girl either. Maybe we could shop for houses in Arizona with our lottery winnings together. lol
ReplyDeleteI don't know if you could count this as braving the black friday crowds. I went out around 2pm that day, more to get out of the house than anything else. The crowds weren't that bad by then. :)
Cute layouts!
Great layouts! I went to one store on Saturday morning but that was it!
ReplyDeleteI did not do Black Friday shopping. I worked retail too long...I like to avoid the malls on that day, now. LOL! Very cute layouts!
ReplyDeleteDh and I actually went shopping on Friday about noon. No crowds, no lines and we got a pile full of stuff.
ReplyDeleteI am in desperate need for some spring products to add to my stash!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the chance
I love Christmas...but Hate to be cold!!! :o) I am sad to say I did not brave Black Friday. Too many things going on and not enough Moolah!!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE Fancy Pants!!!
I'll just say I hate winter ... so what am I doing in Ohio?! lol! There is no way I would be a part of the Black Friday madness!
ReplyDeletelove both of the layouts, but the school one is my favorite. I had to work all week Thursday-Sunday...so no shopping but did some online shopping. LOL
ReplyDeleteGreat LOS! I enjoyed shopping the sale. Thanks! I only hit Joann's of Friday because I wanted to get some of the flannel on sale. I was there at 6 am and it wasn't too bad. Off to work on some of the crop challenges.
ReplyDeleteI did not brave the crowds on black friday but I did do a little shopping on Thanksgiving night. I wish I could do some shopping today. Wishing the deals will last until friday which is payday!! Thanks for the chance to win!
ReplyDeleteI did brave BlackFriday and brown Thursday lol Got some good deals, and had fun, people were actually really nice where I shopped. thanks for the chance to win.
ReplyDeleteNo I did not brave the Black Friday crowds. But and a big one at that I had a son who had to be to work by 8:30 pm on Thanksgiving so I had tobe quiet so he could sleep during th day. That was like camping out for me.
ReplyDeleteOur Black Friday in Canada was not great, in my opinion, but I did check things out. No big lines or anything.
ReplyDeleteI went out on Thanksgiving night with my sister to help her get a few things she wanted. I tried to stay on the inside of the store and steered clear of the ausleways. It was a mad house.
ReplyDeleteNo black friday for me. Just chilled out at home.
ReplyDeleteAwesome layouts Tammi!
ReplyDeleteno black Friday shopping for me. we were driving to Georgia to pick up our Granddaughter. great layouts Tammi - thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteGreat layouts. Love the layers....No I did not brave the crowds. I was going to go but just for a couple quick things. By the time I was able, I looked at the clock and debated whether I would stay awake to drive and just chose to go on and stay home.
ReplyDeletei'm definitely a winter girl...spring & fall close in 2nd/3rd! i loathe summer though! i can't "do" heat! i didn't brave the crowds...i was stuck in bed w/ a pinched nerve in my neck. my two teen daughters went to the mall though...they had an amazing time...this was the first time they'd ever been dropped off :)
ReplyDeleteYes. My daughter and I hit the mall but not until after 7 p.m. The mall was much less crowded but all the sales were still going on. My son worked the Thanksgiving 10 p.m. to Friday 10 a.m. shift at the outlet mall. He asked for that shift so he would avoid the Black Friday daytime crowds. Thanks for the opportunity.
ReplyDeleteNOPE! we don't do black friday, we are broke this time of year, but even if we weren't, it would be so much more pleasant to shop online! totally don't get why people still go out in the middle of the night to shop :)
ReplyDeleteI braved the crowds with my husband and in-laws...we snagged some good deals! Now that so many stores are opening on Thansgiving, they aren't nearly as crowded the next morning, but the products are still there waiting, it seems. I just started following your blog! I love sketches!!
ReplyDeleteI'm in Canada, so it wasn't our Thanksgiving. BUT, this was the first year that we had big Black Friday sales too! So I was at the stores as soon as they opened at 7am. No midnight shopping up here!
ReplyDeleteWonderful layouts. I usually go out shopping on Black Friday in the wee hours of the morning, but this year I slept in. I didn't really see anything that was on sale that I wanted to fight the crowds. I did go out later on Friday and did find a few things.
ReplyDeleteThat pack is so cute. I would love to try a Black Friday! Love your layouts.
