Echo Park

This is Tracy here to share with you one of my favorite new lines.  I just got the new Echo Park This and That collections in.  All I can say is  WOW!  The colors and patterns are fabulous and the embellishments with them are gorgeous!!!  I thought I'd share a LO I created with the Charming collection.
