Hike.

Hello and good morning..

A couple of weeks ago, after Christmas, we went out of town and got to go on a family hike, which ended up being a ton of fun. We hiked around the architecture department's student projects at the college. It had an interesting mix of designs and a variety of structures. This one the kids loved and I had to take a photo of them at it.

I used American Craft's Autumn Crisp line, even though it wasn't a fall photo per say, I thought the outdoors photo would work perfect with the collection.

I decided to add some stitching around the woodgrain paper so that the white would really pop of the page:

And Ephemera embellishment pack was perfect, even for non fall themed pages.

Remember just because a collection is a "seasonal" line, doesn't mean you need to use it for that purpose. Think outside the box and play around with it, most lines are so versatile they can be used for almost anything.

Make sure to check out the Autumn Crisp line in the store, there are tons of fun papers and embellishments.

Thanks sooo much for stopping by and have a great day!!!!

  3. I love to revisit previously released paper lines and this page from Wendi is proof enough "fall" lines can transition to other times/occassions throughout the year:) Loooove the stitching :)
