Giveaway Monday 3/4/13...It's the Sweetest Thing!

Good Morning and Happy Monday! Before I get to our giveaway for today, I have an exciting announcement! My Scraps & More will be offering our first ever online class!!! Here are the details...

Lots of Layers- An online class by Audrey Yeager for My Scraps & More
Beginning April 1, 2013
Get inspired to add details, depth, and dimension to your pages in this 4 week long class.  Each week, a new  10 minute+ video will be released showing a start to finish production of a layout, with a focus on a particular technique or design strategy. I will also share other layouts and projects that have the same features. You will see things such as using negative punched shapes; stencils for misting, painting, and embossing; different sewing machine stitches; and layering elements to create depth.
Your class purchase includes an EXCLUSIVE embellishment kit, created by Audrey, which is used during the videos on her pages.  The kit includes:
·         An exclusive  6x6 plastic stencil designed by Audrey
·         5 exclusively designed die cut phrases and shapes
·         1, 18” piece of machine stitched garland (handmade)
·         1 yard of charcoal twine
·         24” of Pony Dot Washi tape from Bella Blvd
·         2 tags (one large one small)
·         Sequins and confetti in a vellum envelope
·         12” of cream tulle ribbon
·         SVG files available for download for both the stencil design and the die cuts

NOTE: The kit does not include patterned papers, stickers, or any other materials.  However, a complete supply list of the products used will be provided, and most products are available in the My Scraps & More store.
Each weekly lesson will come with written instructions for completing the layout as pictured, and a challenge will be issued for each lesson as well. Those class members who complete the weekly challenge will be entered into a drawing for a gift certificate to the My Scraps & More store.
In addition to the video content, you will have access to a private message board to ask questions, share your thoughts and pages, and to chat about things with others in the class.
The price of the class, which includes the embellishment kit, is just $20!!!  And if you register by April 1, the embellishment kit ships for free!  Space is limited to 24 participants.
Embellishment Kits will ship March 15th and the first lesson will be available Monday, April 1st.  To participate in this exciting class, you may reserve your spot here! Can't wait to see you there!

  1. My favorite My Mind's Eye collection? Wow that is tough, there have been so many great ones. Last year's Follow Your Heart collection is probably one of my favorites, as well as The Sweetest Thing. The new Collectable collection is gorgeous, too!

  9. Beautiful layout and I'm so excited for you, Audrey, and this teaching opportunity! My favourite MME collection? Wow - that's a tough one. I tend to prefer the non-glittery ones. I played with Indie Chic this past fall and really enjoyed it - it has some colours that I don't ordinarily gravitate toward, and it worked out really well. Thanks for the chance to enter!
