I have been wanting to work on this project for so long and I finally got myself together and finished it up. This is a mini album...in a tin.
I have so many wallet sized pictures of my kids and I saw this idea a million years ago and thought it was the coolest thing ever!
I still have lots of papers leftover from Tammi from the My Mind's Eye - Lime Twist collection. What better way to use up those smaller pieces!
I covered the top of the tin with some of the patterned papers. Then I used my Stickles to death on a chipboard alpha and some flowers.
I cut some plain white papers down to a size that would fit inside the can and folded them all accordion style.
Next, I cut some scraps of the patterned papers to place on each page.
The tin isn't that deep, so I used a few simple flowers on each page for embellishments.
I adhered the first page to the top of the tin, and the last page to the bottom of the tin.
Now, when you open the tin, the album unfolds to reveal 16 pictures of my daughter growing up!
And easily folds back up into the tin and can be tossed in Grandma's purse to show off her granddaughter to her Bingo friends. :)
Off to make one for my little guy, using Bo Bunny On the Go papers. Too cute!!!
Don't forget the BIG sale in the My Scraps and More store!
