scrap{lift}, New Arrivals and giveaway Monday!!

I finally made it to my scrap desk to play, after our short little getaway to New York City last week (more about that later). I used some October Afternoon 5 & dime products and created a layout for the scrap{lift} challenge posted today. I get inspired by a "lift" just like I do a sketch, and use their page as a guide to create something of my own. Today our design team member. Lisa, lifted this page by member "pictures2pages"

    great lo's. when i see a technique that i like on a blog and i can't find the product in my lss i'll go online to look for it. this is especially true with cricut carts.

    Fun layouts! I like the background papers of each one, and the small banners in the corners of each page.
    I tend to buy stuff online when there's a sale or a special deal. I usually wait until I can buy enough to make shipping costs worth it, too.

    Love the paper and your great layouts! A sale deadline is what motivates me to buy online. If it's not on sale, I don't have to make a decision any time soon and I can usually find a reason to wait and buy it later. Thanks for asking!

    Super Sweet layouts! For me being a SAHM I have to budget and BUDGET so I usually look for sales or even better free shipping which helps in adding to my goodies I might be buying Ha. Thanks so much for the chance.

    Great LOS! I also tend to buy things online if I can't find them locally. Though free shipping is often an incentive for me to buy online!

    Love looking online for ideas... I also like going over to peachycheap.com and buying from them...and if there is something I really want and can't find it in my LSS I will search it out and buy it online!

    I buy almost all my patterned papers online because there is no good store nearby. Seeing layouts and projects by a design team often will motivate me to buy a particular line. and I love kits!!!

    I tend to buy onlind when I see something I really really love (so I HAVE to see a photo...).
    Beign a single mom, I have a very strict budget, so I wait for sales. Also free shipping can motivate me a lot.

    Very interesting, good job and thanks for sharing such a good blog. The Gold Coast airport is just across the road from Burleigh Heads where you can fly into the country.
