When I saw the grid design, I immediately thought of the mini washi tape that is available:
I used it to create the grid on the page and to outline the top and bottom edges in yellow.
The cupcake was from an old Crate Paper line, and the glitter triangles are from Studio Calico (I think there is one package of these left in the store! Click HERE.). I created a faux tag by outlining a tag shape with a pen, punching a hole, and then cutting a slit at the end of the tag to thread the twine through.
