Pancake Breakfast!

On the first Saturday of every month, a church in a town near our summer lakehouse has a pancake breakfast.  Eggs, pancakes, sausage, and homemade blueberry sauce for $5!  YUM!

When I saw the latest sketch on the Lily Bee blog, the big circles reminded me of pancakes, so I dug out some Lily Bee papers and used them on my page!  I stuck with browns and blues because of the blueberry pancakes theme and then added in some yellow for contrast!

I stitched a frame in the middle of the page and then added some punched circles on top.

I used my die cutting machine to cut the big circles from the bottom and popped some brown paper off the back to give it some depth.

Finally, some buttons and label stickers to embellish some more!

Are you hungry now??  :)

Have a great weekend!
